When Rob was considering developing the property at Willow Creek, he was interested in the storage industry. However, he was uncomfortable with the security of traditional storage buildings. He thought that the narrow roadways and limited hours of access at many mini-storage facilities were restrictive. Rob decided to create something different.
Rob created an innovative facility with accessible, secure, and affordable storage units. He designed wide aisles to accommodate full-size semi-trucks. He established access hours between 6 am and 9 pm every day of the year. Rob used sea-cargo containers to provide the most secure and affordable storage units possible. He also built state of the art fencing, gate access, and CCTV monitoring to provide the best security available.
